Returns & Refunds

This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong with your order from Pet Portrait (posters/canvas prints).
1) Made-to-order products
All prints are produced on demand based on your uploaded photo and selected options. Because items are personalized, returns or cancellations may not be available once production has started (or after an order is placed), except where required by law.
If you're unsure about a purchase, please double-check your photo and selection before completing checkout.
2) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (we'll make it right)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we'll work with you to fix it - typically via a free replacement (reprint) or a refund, depending on the issue.
To get help, email privacy@checkurchat.app and include:
- your order identifier (or the email/name used at checkout, if applicable),
- a brief description of the issue,
- clear photos of the item and the packaging.
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3) Lost shipments or delivery problems
If tracking shows your order is stuck, delayed, or delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at privacy@checkurchat.app. We'll investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
4) Address issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address and the carrier cannot deliver, we may not be able to replace the order for free. Still, contact us - we'll do our best to help.
5) Changes and cancellations
Because products are made to order, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted for production. If you need a change, contact us immediately at privacy@checkurchat.app and we'll try to catch it in time.
6) Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Timing can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
