1) Processing time

Orders are produced after successful payment. Because each item is made to order, production usually starts right away.

2) Estimated delivery window

Typical delivery time is 5-7 business days from order confirmation.

• This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
• Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak periods, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
• Remote regions and international customs processing may add transit time.

3) Tracking

When available, tracking information is provided after shipment so you can follow delivery progress.

4) Delays, lost packages, or damaged delivery

5) Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We may be unable to re-ship free of charge if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.
